- 100+ bed community hospital in Southern Oregon
- Team has two ENTs and two PAs
- Fantastic support staff
- Organization Information:
- Year 1 – guaranteed salary of $425,000
- Year 2- onward: wRVU plus performance incentives
- $50,000 signing bonus
