**ENT opening in Oregon**
* Located in Grants Pass, OR - Ashland 40m
* Full-time, permanent position
* Well-established ENT group has 2 surgeons, 2 PAs, and an excellent support staff
* Provide services at Medical Center, a 125-bed community hospital
* Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $425,000
* Year 2: The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
* Year 3: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives.
* $50,000 signing bonus
* $15,000 relocation assistance
* $7,000 annual CME allowance
* 30 days of paid time off per year
* Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
