Client is seeking an ENT surgeon to join our team in beautiful Oregon. Candidates must be BC/BE in Otolaryngology. Our well-established ENT group has 2 surgeons, 2 PA’s, and an excellent support staff. We provide services at our 125-bed community hospital that has an excellent reputation. OPPORTUNITYHIGHLIGHTS: ➢ Year 1 – Guaranteed base salary of $425,000 ➢ Year 2 – The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation, Year 3 - $/wRVU based salary plus incentives. ➢ $50,000 signing bonus ➢ $15,000 relocation assistance ➢ $7,000 annual CME allowance ➢ 30 days of paid time off per year ➢ Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
