Asante Health System is seeking an ENT-Otolaryngology Surgeon to join our ENT group in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. Join our team of 2 ENT surgeons,2 PA's, and an excellent support staff! We provide coverage to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, our community hospital that offers a wide range of high-quality medical care to residents of Southern Oregon. Our 125-bed hospital combines the small hospital feel with all of the high-tech capabilities of a modern facility.

Highlights Include:

- Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $425,000

- Year 2: The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation.

- Year 3: $/wRVU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation

- $50,000 signing bonus

- $15,000 relocation assistance

- $7,000 annual CME allowance

- 30 days of authorized time off per year

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited ENT residency program.

License / Certification: Must be BC/BE in Otolaryngology.
