Otolaryngology Physician in Iowa
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day Pay Rate: $500000.00 - 525000.00

Hospital-Employed Otolaryngology Position
$450,000 Base Salary

Practice:
  • Hospital-employed general otolaryngology practice
  • Practice has seen consistent growth of 20-25%
  • No high risk cases
  • Electronic Medical Records fully implemented with EPIC
  • Grow the practice as your own with full support from the hospital
  • No call

Financial Package:
  • Enjoy the stability of a base salary of $450,000 with incentive packages available
  • Base salary increases to $480,000 at the beginning of the third year of employment
  • Full benefits including health, vision, dental, malpractice, tail coverage, and 401k plus match
  • Ability to earn more than $100,000 a year after you retire with IPERS
  • 5 weeks of vacation and 5 days for CME with $4,500 stipend
  • $50,000 sign-on/starting bonus, up to $12,000 in relocation and generous student loan forgiveness
