- Practice has seen consistent growth of 20-25%
- No high risk cases
- Electronic Medical Records fully implemented with EPIC
- Grow the practice as your own with full support from the hospital
- No call
Financial Package:
- Enjoy the stability of a base salary of $450,000 with incentive packages available
- Base salary increases to $480,000 at the beginning of the third year of employment
- Full benefits including health, vision, dental, malpractice, tail coverage, and 401k plus match
- Ability to earn more than $100,000 a year after you retire with IPERS
- 5 weeks of vacation and 5 days for CME with $4,500 stipend
- $50,000 sign-on/starting bonus, up to $12,000 in relocation and generous student loan forgiveness
