ENT Physician in Illinois
StartDate: 07/12/2021Available Shifts: 1:3 Call Pay Rate: $500000.00 - 800000.00

This group is looking for an ENT surgeon who wants to walk into a busy practice as well as an opportunity to grow it as you like, included facial plastics.

The Practice
  • Join 2 other ENTs, 2 Allergists, and 2 Audiologists in this growing practice along with 170 other specialists and referring physicians in this growing multi-specialty group
  • Enjoy built-in referrals and a growing practice
  • Practice and enjoy profit sharing in a state-of-the-art office complex that includes: utpatient Imaging Center (MRI, CTI, Ultrasound and X-Ray), 6 OR Outpatient Surgery Center, Medical Spa, Sleep Lab, retail pharmacy and more

The Financials
  • $450,000 to $475,000 base salary plus productivity bonuses—$500,000+ year one earning potential
  • $45,000 signing bonus
  • One year to partnership—shareholders earn between the 75th and 95th percentile for their specialty
  • Also enjoy full benefits including CME, paid time off, malpractice coverage, relocation stipend, and 401K matching
