Specialty: Otolaryngology
Start Date: ASAP – as soon as credentialed (90-day process)
Contract Length: 6 months or longer
Shift Details: 3 days in clinic and 1.5 days of OR (1 week per month) but could use more clinic hours 8a-5p
Weekend call the week they are onsite working and weekday call when they are there
Schedule: 3 days in the clinic and 1.5 in the OR with weekend call (call is not a deal breaker) Physician may have to come into the hospital. The night house officer does help deflect a lot of the call demands.

· Amount of coverage needed per month: 1Week
· Patients per day: 30 – 35 a day
· Patient population/age: up to age 21
· Department description: busy pediatric ENT service with 4 ENT surgeons and 4 APP’s - in clinic you will be seeing mostly new patients
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: lots of ear tubes and T&A(tonsils and adnoids)
· Skills required: full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngeology
