Patient care services are provided to High Plains patients in a quality and quantitative manner. Documentation will be completed to ensure patient continuity of care and cover risk management issues.
Providers currently staffed include one Pediatrician, two Family Practitioners (DO), three Physician Assistants and two Family Nurse Practitioners.
High Plains also employs five Behavioral Health Clinicians, two dentist, two Dental Hygienists, RN's, and multiple MA's as well as RPT and Health Coordinators to support a holistic approach to patient care.
Work schedule-Monday-Friday, some Saturdays (rotation approximately every 8 weeks) 8-5pm most days, one late night 5-8pm. Friday afternoons off. Specific schedule determined in collaboration with the CCO.
