Family Medicine Physician - Primary Care

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

Cambridge, MA

MIT Medical, a large multidisciplinary practice, is looking for a primary care family medicine physician. Primary care family medicine physicians focus exclusively on ambulatory primary care for an established patient panel, provide some urgent care coverage, and participate in a call rotation with nine additional primary care physicians for after-hours telephone call coverage. Will also have the opportunity to participate in education, research, and community outreach programs if desired. The position is ideal for a BC/BE family medicine physician with a strong focus on excellent clinical outcomes and patient experience and a desire to impact the health and well-being of MIT’s campus community.

With locations on the culturally diverse MIT campus and on the MIT-affiliated Lincoln Laboratory, MIT Medical provides care to the 24,000 + members of the MIT community including students, faculty, staff, retirees and their dependents.

Requirements: a license to practice without restriction in the state of Massachusetts, excellent clinical skills and experience in family practice, proven ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and the ability to work with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Must be board certified or eligible in family medicine.

Interested candidates may apply online on MIT's career site, reference job number 16917 and indicate where you saw this posting.
