Iowa- About 30 minutes from Des Moines - reference: GS
Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join an existing hospital based practice or to establish own practice in Southeast Iowa. This position is for a General Orthopedic Surgeon. However, would also be open to an orthopedic sub-specialist interested in a split practice. General call 1:3. Very strong need for additional orthopedic services in the community means the right physician can grow a successful practice quickly. Excellent recruitment package includes: • Income guarantee or Employment • Sign-on bonus
• Relocation • CME • Marketing • Assistance with medical education loans
• Potential stipend while you complete training. Ottumwa is a vibrant, growing community that offers excellent private and public schools, extensive park and trail systems, including a full water park, private and public golf courses, unique shopping and dining experiences as well as a beautiful civic center for symphonies, plays, musicals, and concerts.
Requirements: Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible, have a current or pending IA Medical License, have a current & unrestricted DEA, Clean Databank and No current significant malpractice history.
