Permanent Position For An Orthopedic Surgeon in North Carolina
Details/Requirements:
- Permanent need only
- North Carolina license preferred, but not required
- Office hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday & 8am-12pm Fridays
- Average patient volume per day: 30
- On-Call: 1:3 with new physician, for second call.
- First call is taken by mid-levels
- Call days average about ten shifts per month, flexible schedule
- Typical in-office procedures performed: x-rays (radiology tech on staff), fracture reductions, casting, joint injections
- Day Surgery/Operating Room procedures (no robotics): Total hip replacement, including Direct Anterior Approach using the HANA Table, total knee replacement, fracture work, arthroscopy, trauma & general orthopedic cases
- Operating room procedures are five days a week at hospital. Start time is 7:30am in the OR, Monday through Friday, based on your need
