MSK Medical/Guardian Medical provides medically directed care for patients injured as a result of automobile related trauma. Medical direction occurs in concert with a multidisciplinary team approach utilizing physical therapy, chiropractic and other conservative therapies. For those patients requiring specialty consultation and treatment, Guardian providers will coordinate such care. The vast majority of guardian patients suffer from mild to moderate spinal and orthopedic injuries; such as, sprain/strain, facet syndrome, disc disruption, radiculopathy and myriad extremity orthopedic injuries.

Clinical hours are typically from 9AM to 6PM, with the option for working half days. There is requirement for travel around the Denver Metropolitan area to satellite clinics. Travel time is compensated. Patient visits are scheduled for every thirty minutes, with easy and efficient documentation. A medical/administrative assistant will be present for all clinical hours to help with scheduling, referral coordination, etc.

Requirements for this position are a respectful and engaging personality, a positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail. All medical knowledge gaps can be filled by our medical director, Rafer Leach, MD, who is available for orientation and is on-call during clinical hours.

Initial position is part-time (10-20 per week), with options for full-time after 90 days. There is no call requirement and no weekends. Compensation starts at $100 per hour, with incentives and increased compensation at 90 days for qualified providers.
