• MGMA "Guaranteed" Salary PLUS additional Production
• $50,000 Sign-on
• PTO: 5 Weeks
• NO CALL
• Loan Forgiveness: Up to $210,000
• CME: $4,000.
  • 5 days for CME, Year 1
  • 10 days after year one for CME
• Relocation: Fully paid
• Full Benefits: Package
• Retirement: Public Entity Retirement Plan (PERA)
  • Vested after 5 years
  • Physician contributes 6.5%, hospital contributes 7.5%
• Malpractice: PAID, including tail

• 4-day work week
• Bread & Butter Orthopedic Surgery
• Full spectrum of equipment, positioning devices and instruments available
• 3 OR’s and clinic with 3 exam and 2 procedure rooms

• Board Certification or Eligibility with intent to certify

• Interest in providing outreach services
