Southern Maryland Orthopedic Surgery Opening
- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible orthopedic surgeon
- One other MD in the practice
- Share call with a local private group
- Call of 1:4
- Both outpatient and inpatient work
- Current physician sees about 3,000 clinic visits a year (potential for more)
- Group averages 30-40 cases per year (capacity for more, as well)
- Join an established hospital employed group
- No visa candidates
- Organization Information:
- ~50 bed hospital
- Salary: $500-$575 (dependent upon experience, fellowship training, etc) plus RVUs
- Full benefits offered – medical dental, etc
- No loan repayment available through the hospital, unfortunately
- The state of Maryland does have a loan repayment program, though (LARP)
