Job Description

Last Update: 2/19/20
A hospital group Virginia is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join their staff. The practice has doubled in the past two years, and this hospital-based group needs assistance with the area's high demand. Currently, there are no sports medicine physicians in the area, so both general orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine orthopedists are encouraged to apply. Incoming physician will need to be board certified or board eligible. You should currently have, or be able to secure, a VA license. Experienced orthopedists and current or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

They are offering an excellent compensation package with a great base salary which includes an RVU incentive bonus plan, sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, malpractice paid with tail coverage and more than one month of paid time off.

New physician will work in a beautiful community that offers lakes, a wonderful climate, and colorful heritage. The great school system includes both private and public schools, right near some of the best universities in the country.

CompHealth consultants work closely with all types of facilities: from top-10 hospitals to remote clinics. Your personal CompHealth consultant will help you find a variety of opportunities to choose from that fit your skills and meet your expectations.
