Large Non Profit Health System at Critical Access Facility offering Stability, Autonomy, Flexibility -
- Full-time employed model with 3-year agreement
- Total cash compensation $650k+ - includes salary guarantee, recruiting incentives, potential for quality and productivity incentives
- Supported by experienced PA’s and nurses
- 3 clinic days/2 surgery days -1:4 paid call average one night a week
- 25-bed critical access hospital; level IV ER; EPIC EMR
- 24/7 Hospitalist, CRNA and Radiology
Outside of St. Cloud, MN – access to airport, national chain shopping/dining, theater, mall, sporting events, university

- Established practice and referral network due to reputation in the community
