A successful integrated health system in northeast Wisconsin seeks a fellowship-trained BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for their Level II Trauma Center.


Redefine care delivery using the largest PCP network in Northeast Wisconsin. Build your practice within a new 230,000 sq. ft. dedicated orthopedic, spine, and pain care facility, including an orthopedic hospital scheduled to open in 2022. This is your opportunity to practice your specialty while building a new orthopedic program that will be an integral part of a primary care population health program.


Practice

  • 100% Trauma at Level II Trauma Center
  • 4-day workweek
  • Any interests in total joints or others can be accommodated
  • Hospital-employed opportunity
  • Call will be 1 in 4
  • Dedicated OR time with the team

Compensation/Benefits

  • Compensation base in the $600,000s, with RVU and value base bonuses
  • Signing bonus and relocation
  • Benefits package includes 35 days of vacation/CME, health, dental, life insurance, retirement, etc.
