Family Practice/Sports Medicine Opportunity - Northeast Ohio!!
Hospital is seeking a Family Practice Physician that specializes in Sports Medicine.
The following is a list of the compensation and benefits to be included in an employment contract.
• Term Twenty-Four (24) Months w/ Annual Renewals
• Base Compensation $212,000 Base Salary
• Productivity Package WRVU’s > 3,968 Produced in the Family Practice Office
Paid at $30.00
• Health Insurance Covered by the Practice for Participation in H.S.A. Plan
• Disability Insurance $6,000 per Year for Documented Expenses
• Dues/Membership/CME Fees $5,000 per year for Documented Expenses
• Malpractice Liability Covered for Active Physicians; Tail Prorated Based on Length of Service
• Personal Leave 4 weeks (20 days) Paid Time off for Sick/Vacation Time
• CME Leave 2 weeks (10 days) Paid Time Off for Educational Purposes
• Pension Plan 401(k) With a 2.5% Match capped at IRS Limit
• Work Schedule Expectation 40% Student/Athlete Health; 60% Family Practice
