Our facility is a well- established (35 years) Orthopedic practice looking to replace a retiring physician in Southwest Virginia. We are a multi -specialty physician group that has launched an aggressive sports medicine team offering on sight athletic trainers to 3 of the 4 high schools as well as the community college and regional sports complex events. This additional volume has created a need for a physician with a Sports Medicine background.

The Community

Our location offers ample public and private schools that provide sound educational support from primary through higher education. Nearby Patrick Henry Community College is fully accredited and offers a two-year program for those seeking associate's degrees or career certificates, an occupational/technical program for those seeking employment opportunities, and New College Institute provides access to bachelor and master's degrees from various universities and colleges throughout Virginia. The area is a haven for fishermen and water sports enthusiasts. The 3,000-acre Philpott Lake boasts an undeveloped shoreline.
