A stable, financially secure hospital on the beautiful peninsula is actively recruiting an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a group practice of 2 Surgeons + 2 experienced Advanced Practice Providers. Demand is high and it's time to add a 3rd surgeon to the team. This is a hospital employed position including a guaranteed salary + wRVU incentives and HIGH earning potential. Patient satisfaction scores are WAY ABOVE the national average and they are proud of their 0.1 day Length of Stay. The orthopedic surgery team works with 2 Podiatrists who take most foot and ankle cases. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery MD/DO with an active Wisconsin license and interest in a general OrthoSurg practice. Preference given to Surgeons with training or experienced in Sports Medicine, Spine, Shoulders or Elbows as there are ZERO providers in the market and all cases are referred out.
