Hospital is located in a thriving community located five minutes from Louisville, Kentucky. This practice is in a great community with two locations, including a practice across the street from the hospital and a second location less than 15 miles from hospital.
Position Details:
- Join 5 established orthopedic surgeons and be the only orthopedic spine surgeon in the group
- 8 suite OR along with a dedicated Orthopedic floor
