Orthopedic Spine Surgery | Hospital Employed | $1 Million

Practice
• 438-bed hospital—designated a Level II trauma center
• Orthopedic Spine Center
• Practice: flexible outpatient clinic and surgery
• Majority of all referring physicians are employed by us— You will be as busy as you desire
• ASC for surgeons: dedicated blocks
• Full-time Anesthesia coverage: 4 MDs, 5 of 6 CRNAs
• 250,000 draw area—8 counties
• 40,000 to 50,000 ED visits per year feeding the hospital inpatient census
• 4-physician residency programs: FM, IM, EM, PSY
• Call: 1:3

Financials
• Salary range: $800,000 to $1.2 million (based on experience)
• Production: wRVU
• Sign-on: $50,000
• Vacation: 4 weeks PTO (vacation/CME)
• CME: $5,000
• Relocation: $10,000 to $15,000
• Full benefits package: life, health, dental, vison, and more
• Retirement: 403B with a 3.5% match plus physician retirement plan
• Student loan forgiveness: option
