• Volume to do 30+ cases per month and generally average around 25
• Partnership track offered after year 1
• Guaranteed base salary
• $150,000 sign on bonus
• 4-5 day work week
• Group has allowance in marketing to make the incoming provider the focal point in your first year through radio, TV, social media, symposiums, etc.
• 100% spine with only general call. Light call with 2 traumatologists and every specialty to mitigate the responsibilities
