West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Community Practice seeks two
Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or
Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice at Camden Clark
Medical Center in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also be assigned to
provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In
such instances, travel would be anticipated and expected to fulfill said duties at these
additional sites.

Duties:
The successful candidate will practice primarily in the area of orthopaedic spine surgery
with the option to provide general orthopaedic surgical services as they grow their spine
practice. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will
also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for
state medical licensure. Successful candidates must have completed an orthopaedic
surgery residency and spine fellowship, as well as be board certified/eligible in
orthopaedic surgery. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
