A Hospital Group is seeking an Upper Extremity - Shoulder Surgeon to join their well-established team. The provider will join a not-for-profit group with a 100-bed acute care hospital. This is a well-secured position that will be busy from the start!

A Hospital Group is seeking an Upper Extremity - Shoulder Surgeon to join their well-established team. The provider will join a not-for-profit group with a 100-bed acute care hospital. This is a well-secured position that will be busy from the start!
Role with the Company:
- Join a well-established group with 6 Physicians
- Upper Extremity - Shoulder Setting
- Exciting and well ran practice
- Three - Five Year Hospital Agreement
- Annual Commitment Payment each year
- Paid On-Call duties 8 days per month
- Relocation - $15,000
- CME Stipend $10,000
- Full Benefits

- One hour from Fort Wayne, IN - 1 hour from downtown Indianapolis, IN
