If you are interested in joining a nationally recognized team of professionals devoted to making a positive difference in the lives of children and families, then Shriners Children’s New England is the place for you. Situated at the crossroads of New England, our experienced care team brings hope and healing. We're driven to make lives richer, easier and less complex for children and families in Massachusetts and beyond.

Shriners is well known for world-class pediatric orthopedic care. Services are provided in a family-centered environment, regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Every day, we provide innovative, compassionate care and conduct leading research that enhances the quality of life for children and their families. Our patients are at the heart of everything we do. They inspire us to continue our mission of improving the lives of children and families.

This clinic is an ambulatory center and surgeries are performed at affiliate locations where call and inpatient care would be needed. Call is light and only for existing patients with no emergency room coverage. Given that this position will serve in an ambulatory center, the physician’s typical schedule will be 7:30AM-4:30PM, Monday through Friday, providing a great work/life balance.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be expected to manage a broad range of Pediatric Orthopedics patients, and there would be the opportunity to continue to grow our Sports Health Medicine program as well.

Qualifications:
This is an American Board Certified/Eligible position that requires successful completion of a Fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to the Shriners Mission and Vision. Responsibilities include Clinical Duties, Research, Teaching and Regional Outreach. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of post-fellowship clinical experience, however, potential candidates within the fellowship process are welcome to apply. *Full COVID-19 vaccination status required.*

Benefits:
We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, and multiple retirement plans with organizational match, student loan forgiveness and more! Employees are also eligible for 100% company paid group life insurance, supplemental life insurance, 100% company paid short-term disability, long-term disability, and a generous PTO accrual.

We are an equal employment opportunity employer committed to providing challenging and rewarding careers in an environment based on our corporate values – excellence, innovation, commitment, integrity, teamwork, stewardship and respect. At Shriners Children's New England we value diversity and everyone has a voice. We encourage candidates from diverse identities, experiences and backgrounds to apply.
