Position Overview - Orthopedic Surgeon:
We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. Our patient base is growing and we expect continued growth of services.
- Community need for orthopedic surgeons
- Private Hospital with state-of-the-art equipment, 8 ORs, great support staff, and a 98% patient satisfaction rate
- Great autonomy creating your own 40-hour workweek Monday-Friday and patient schedule
- Paid call with the local hospital providing ER coverage for general orthopedic procedures, usually every 19 days
- Guaranteed salary first year up to $850K (commensurate with experience)
- Partnership buy-in option available at 13th month -or- option to extend for one more year then can move into a “eat what you kill” model with great income potential
- Paid call at $1,250 per paid shift coverage
- Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance negotiable
