This Birmingham Health System is seeking a board certified/board eligible Orthopedic Surgeon, with specialty training in Foot and Ankle surgery, to join an existing single specialty group with five physicians.

Job features include the following.

  • ABOS Certified in Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Surgery
  • Foot and Ankle fellowship, prefer a new grad
  • Comfortable with diabetic foot and total ankle
  • Excellent earning potential, built in referral base
  • Replace existing F & A Surgeon – wife took a position in CA
  • All orthopedic sub-specialties represented
  • Work with 7 Orthopedic Surgeons
  • Block time with office on campus at St. Vincent’s Birmingham
  • Walk indoors to the ASC or main OR
  • Practice-owned PT on-site, no buy-in necessary
  • Complete transparency

  • Group call is 1:9, if not interested in general call must be willing to pick up any Foot and Ankle related admissions the next day
