Join a a private practice in Richmond, VA with a main office in an affluent suburb. Initially the new physician would have 2 or more days of clinic in the suburbs with 1/2 day at each of 2 satellite clinics. The practice offers a base salary with productivity bonus and partnership as early as 12-18 months. Afterwards, the financial structure is an “eat what you kill” model. General orthopedics will be required initially as the total joint practice develops. The practice offers health and dental insurance, vacation, CME and a 401k plan. The Richmond metro population is about 1.6M with affordable housing, great schools and restaurants, many outdoor activities and close to mountains, beaches and D.C. JO-1905-32564
