- 160 provider multispecialty group
- Referral base from 40 primary care providers
- Surgical privileges at 206 bed acute care hospital. Office is located 5 minutes from the hospital
- Completion of fellowship in hip/ knee replacement required
- On site lab, physical therapy, CT and MRI
