Excellent opportunity to join a successful, large, expanding, and comprehensive Orthopedic Surgery practice in the Quad Cities. Three practice locations within 1 hour from the University of Iowa (Iowa City) and 3 hours from Chicago. Physician will practice in the Iowa locations. Market growth, combined with planned retirements within 2-3 years, are prompting the need for this additional surgeon.

Join a community-oriented group of over 20 surgeons (including Total Joint, Hand, Spine, Pediatrics, Sports, and two Podiatrists). Practice is affiliated with 2 large health systems, both with Level 2 Trauma designation, on site MRI, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC). Population area of over 500K.

Qualified Physician will be Fellowship Trained in Total Joints and have appropriate licensure and certifications to practice in Iowa.

Surgeons perform approximately 500 Total Joint cases per year, including some commercial cases on an outpatient basis in the Ambulatory Surgery Center.

General call is 1:9. Paid call from hospital systems compensated at approximately $1,400 per day.

This is an employed position with $400K compensation and productivity bonus. Full benefits. Two-year partnership track with buy-in options for practice, ASC, and real estate entities.
