One of the oldest and most well known surgical practices in Southwestern Connecticut is seeking a Total Joints Surgeon to join their very busy group on a partnership track. Must be comfortable with a wide array of cases and enjoy working in a team environment. The new Surgeon will participate as a member of the medical staff of two hospitals, both Level II Trauma Centers. An academic appointment with an Ivy League University is available, if desired. Group is comprised of six Neurosurgeons, five Orthopedists, two Physiatrists and a Sports Medicine physician. Competitive starting salary and excellent benefits. Partnership will be offered at the end of year two. Call is every sixth night. Located just 90 minutes from New York City and Boston along Connecticut's unspoiled coastline. Have the opportunity to live on the coast or in a quintessential New England town. Many of the Physicians live in such towns as Middlebury, Cheshire, Milford, Woodbury, Southbury, Woodbridge, Litchfield, etc. all of which have strong Connecticut schools.
