Richmond, Virginia – Orthopedic Total Joint Surgery
Join a premier private practice in Richmond, VA with a main office in an affluent suburb in Glen Allen, VA. Seeking a fellowship trained orthopedic total joint surgeon who has experience in director anterior hips and is comfortable in hip and knee revisions; interest in hip arthroscopy is preferred but not required.
We have satellite offices in Midlothian and Hopewell. Initially the new physician would have 2 or more days of clinic in Glen Allen with 1/2 day at each satellite.
The practice offers a base salary with productivity bonus and partnership as early as 12-18 months. Afterwards, the financial structure is an “eat what you kill” model. General orthopedic cases will be required as the total joint practice develops.
The practice offers health and dental insurance, vacation, CME and a 401k plan.
The Richmond metro population is about 1.6M with affordable housing, great schools and restaurants, many outdoor activities and close to mountains, beaches and D.C.
