The group is Iowa’s premiere medical center with on-site imaging and laboratory, state-of-the-art technology, infusion center and more to help deliver tailored solutions and successful outcomes for patients.

Position:

  • Would be joining 19 other orthopedic surgeons
  • 100% Spine or 100% Total Joint available with 1:3 specialty call and 1:15 general ORS call
  • Doctors are each performing over 1,500 clinical and facility procedures a year, generating 10,900 wRVU’s a year on average, each
  • Orthopedic Department earns extra income ($70,000 avg. total) with Ancillary services in the way of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, DME’s, Midlevel Supervision, Clinical Studies, Outreach and Drug Profits
  • Ability to become a shareholder after 12-24 months
  • Da Vinci and Navio Robotic surgery, imaging center, Ambulatory Surgery Center, 2 hospitals and procedure room in clinic all available
  • Academic affiliation, case reviews and research available, and full autonomy
  • Group has over 16 other specialties including Primary Care, PM&R, Pain Management, GS, URO, CTS, Oncology, ENT, Neuro, Rheumatology - Referrals are abundant, and volume is there for someone to do very well
  • Organization is worth over $100 million, all shareholder doctors making 75-95% MGMA earnings per year

Offering:

  • 1-2-year salary of $550,000 - $750,000 with ability to bonus based on wRVU’s
  • Shareholders (all ORS, general-spine) making $600,000 - $1,000,000+ a year
  • Comprehensive Benefit package with Dental, Vision and Medical options of HAS, PPO or MSO
  • $2,500 a month stipend for anyone still in training
  • Sign on Bonus of $20,000 - $45,000 a year, relocation of $10,000 and paid CME of $3,000
  • 4 weeks PTO and time for CME
  • 18-24 month ROI
