*Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working dentist who will thrive as part of a small, well trained and experienced dental staff that will contribute to the team-oriented environment.*
**About the Job**
- Full-time

- Employed position with competitive salary
- Full-time position schedule is 46 weeks per year
- Dentists generally work 36 clinical hours per week total hours being between 40-45 hours weekly.
- 6 weeks are allotted for vacation, holidays, CME and personal time off
- Three Dentists; 5 Dental Hygienists; 6 Dental Assistants; 2 Office Coordinators; 1 Office Manager, and 2 Secretary/Receptionist.
- Physician or dentist employment is typically an initial agreement for a 36-month term and contains reasonable non-compete and confidentiality terms.
- Medical Group uses the annual MGMA Physician Production and Compensation Survey to establish guaranteed base annual compensation.
- A signing bonus, retention bonus or combination of both is negotiable.
- Bonuses are aligned with goals, i.e., a retention bonus must extend the contract commitment for at least two years past the initial term.

**Medical Center Details**
Medical Center is a modern, progressive non-profit healthcare system located in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, with a service area covering 55,000 people living in six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York.
The 25 bed critical access hospital is a modern facility located on a large, well-maintained campus and represents the majority of medical and surgical specialties. The hospital is equipped with four newly built or renovated operating rooms, ten obstetrics suites, a six bed ICU, a newly constructed ten bed emergency department and a 44 bed long-term care facility. This high-quality and fiscally-sound facility includes a clinically-sound staff, centered on excellent patient care. Almost all physicians on staff are employed by the Medical Group
The Medical Group is comprised of the primary care and specialty physician practices and the Billing, Information Technology and Decision Support departments and is responsible for staffing and support of all of the clinics, including the Dental Practice. The ten primary care practices and dental practices are located in the communities that surround the hospital.
