Wisconsin Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon looking for a future partner or associate for a busy, two office practice with 30 years in the community

Practice:
– Senior Partner retired, have a schedule that can be taken over and grown upon
– Primarily dentoalveolar/dental alveolar, extractions, implants, grafting and pathology with some limited facial trauma exposure
– Voluntary hospital call shared with other practice
– 2 clinic locations, 35 minutes apart, 2 office staff each location with 6 surgical staff members, 3 for each surgeon
– Carestream EMR, Cone Bean Technology, each office has 2 surgical ops, 1 post op and 1 recovery area dedicated
– M-W average 20-30 patients a day in clinic and on Friday, average 10-12 surgeries per day with a 4-day work week
– Average over 3,800 patient encounters a year, had over 1,600 new patients in 2019
– Practiced produced over $3.5 million in 2019

Offering:
– Ability for partnership with pre-tax salary reduction over 3 years if desired – after 12-24 months
– Base Salary of $315,000 – $340,000 a year
– 25% of net collections over $900,000
– Company cell phone, gas card, 1-week CE, 4 weeks’ vacation, disability insurance and medical malpractice covered
– Relocation and Sign on Bonus are negotiable
