Looking to move away from private practice and into a well-established and progressive medical center and trauma service?

Applicants must be certified with ABOMS (American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) and hold a DDS/DMD Maine license (or immediate eligibility for same).

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is part of Northern Light Health, a regional and non-profit, health system ranked among the top 100 integrated health systems by IMS. The members of Northern Light Health collectively serve a population of 500,000 residents living in the northern 2/3 of Maine's geography. Northern Light Health is driving innovation in healthcare for our region, through collaborative engagement, shared clinical protocols, group purchasing, and shared IT systems among member organizations.

Bangor is a regional hub located in eastern Maine, on the banks of the beautiful Penobscot River. The University of Maine in Orono is just a few miles away, and with around 11,000 students it is the state's largest research University. Year round outdoor recreation is at the doorstep with well-developed local trail systems and hundreds of lakes, rivers, and streams. Maine's spectacular coast and mountains are just a short drive away.
