A group practice is seeking an ophthalmologist for locum tenens maternity coverage.
The practice is located in a historic city that is a hub for industry, food, and entertainment. The city is centered in between several major cities in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
The call schedule will be every other week and weekend at a nearby hospital (1 call per month). The employed ophthalmologist will do one week and the locum will do the other. The clinic schedule is Monday-Friday. The staff gets off at 2pm on Fridays and 6pm on Wednesdays.
A Pennsylvania license is required.
The locum would be required to see Glaucoma, diabetics, and emergency cases.

Case Load/PPD: # of clinic patients per day: 45 – 50 patients per day; not that many patients during call
