Position:
• Established practice—seeking a partner
• Quickly ramp-up—Over 30,000 patients, booked out 9 months for a full exam
• OD on staff and rapport with local OD/MDs have created a strong referral network
• Excellent technical staff, scribes and lens techs
• Optical shop and outpatient clinic are next to the new Surgery Center—all new toys (13 cataracts by 2 PM)
• Full support staff, consistently win "Best in Town"
Financials:
• 2-year track to partnership
• Strong reimbursement program combined with a lower-cost setting in the ASC
• Sign-on and relocation bonus
• PTO and holidays
• CME allowance
• Health, dental, vision, and retirement
Location: Wonderful Nebraska community, just the right size
• University, Community College, new High School, great educational options both public and private—students get the time and attention they deserve, in our heavily involved community
