Here are three different options in this area:

MN:

  • Seeking one Ophthalmologist, one Pediatric Ophthalmologist and one Glaucoma Specialist to join a diverse, high-volume and collegial practice with department of 6 Ophthalmologists and 4 Optometrists, including sub specialties in Cornea, Pediatrics, LASIK, Uveitis/Ocular Immunology, and Retina Specialist.
  • State of the art facilities and diagnostic equipment, including: corneal topography, SLT laser, SD-OCT, Pascal Laser, YAG Laser for floaters, IOL Master 700, Micropulse CPC laser, digital camera and latest Humphrey Visual Field Analyzer.
  • Call 1:5 weekday (M-TH) and 1:12 weekends (share community call)
  • Patients are seen at various locations in the Superior area. Outreach in the future is a possibility.

&

MN:

  • Primary care eye services, patients of all ages
  • State of the art facilities and diagnostics equipment including: Humphrey visual fields, corneal topography, SLT laser, OCT and digital camera.
  • Experienced support staff (COTs, COAs)
  • Integrated with nearby hospital with shared electronic medical record
  • High pathology practice including cataract surgery, glaucoma, medical retina, pediatric, and neuro-ophthalmology
  • Excellent support from multi-specialty colleagues in Duluth, 60 miles away (cornea and retina) and Hibbing, 25 miles away (Pediatric and Oculoplastic)
  • Call is lights with some seasonal variated and excellent back-up from call group on non-call evenings and weekends
  • Call 1 weekend/month, 1 night/week

&

ND:

  • Seeking one full-time Ophthalmologist to join a growing, fast-paced, high energy team, which offers multi-specialty services and includes 1 Ophthalmologist, 1 Retina Specialist, 3 Optometrists, and techs and ancillary staff.
  • State of the art facilities and diagnostics equipment including: Humphrey visual fields, corneal topography, SLT laser, OCT and digital camera.
  • Treat approximately 25 adult outpatients per day and inpatient coverage occasionally
  • Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
  • Call expectations 1:5
  • Future outreach a possibility
  • Skill set should include but not limited to a vast knowledge of ophthalmic pathophysiology
