We are looking for a full time Ophthalmologist to join another in a very busy hospital-employed practice. Board Certification or eligibility required. The newly constructed office is spacious, and located adjacent to the hospital for easy access. There are currently three Ophthalmologists in the community. Call is 1:4.
Hospital recognized in May 2015 by U.S. News and World Report as one of 42 Best Hospitals for Common Care conditions and procedures. RRMC received a 2015 “A” Rating from The Leapfrog Group® for hospital safety and the 2015 Healthgrades® Patient Safety Excellence Award. RRMC scored in the top 5% of hospitals in the national standardized Press-Ganey Physician Survey for “Teamwork between providers and nurses,” “Expertise of the nursing staff,” “Performance of Administration,” and “Scheduling process for OR services.”
Ample OR time in blocks. The OR has a dedicated ophthalmology suite and staff.
Rutland is adjacent to the largest ski area in the East. RRMC is the second largest hospital in the state and licensed for 188 beds. Only hours from NYC, Boston, and Montreal.
