- Busy practice needing Lasik Surgeon due to recent retirement
- 11 MDs and 6 ODs
- Designated Lasik Suite attached to the Clinic
- Only 1 other competitor in the area, but the competition is consider inferior
- 500 Lasik patients per year
- A guaranteed salary and competitive benefits package is being offered for the right candidate including:
- Guaranteed salary that never goes away
- Receive 40% of collections in addition to salary
- Bonus is paid out on a quarterly basis
- Estimated income year 1 approximately $400,000 with an estimated income year 2 approximately $700,000
