Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8A – 5P
• Shared weekly call of 1:14 – second call is by Pediatric Ophthalmologist

Practice Setting:

• Brand new state-of-the-art surgery center
• Staff Optometrists and a regional referral base between 5-7 regions within the states
• MDI EMR in use

Compensation:

• Annual guaranteed base salary of $300K plus production bonuses
• Sign On Bonus up to $100K – paid out within 30 days of starting
