- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- 20 - 25 patients per day in clinic and up to 15 patients on surgery days
- Must perform cataract surgeries and peds experience would be great but not required
- Hospital privileges needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
