Hospital and leader in Cancer Care across the region is seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join their team. Be supported by new modern technology and extremely dedicated team. Our Cancer Center houses radiation oncology and there is a full-time hem/onc practice in the community.


We are an affiliate candidate with the University of KY Markey Cancer Center program in Lexington, KY with strong ties for patient care support, programmatic development, and clinical research initiatives. American College of Radiology, Radiation Oncology Practice Accreditation (ACR ROPA), American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (ACOS CoC), and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC).

The Regional Medical Center is a 100-bed, acute care facility. A healthcare leader in the community, the hospital offers a host of services including allergy, anesthesia, cardiac rehab, interventional cardiology, emergency medicine, endocrinology, family practice, gastroenterology, hospitalist, internal medicine, OB/GYN, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, otolaryngology, pathology, pediatrics, podiatry, pulmonary disease, rehabilitation, radiation oncology, radiology, sleep medicine, speech pathology, surgery, and urology.

The hospital is fully accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital has also earned Chest Pain Center accreditation from the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care, the accrediting arm of the American College of Cardiology. The Medical Center is proud to offer patients access to state-of-the-art technology including 64-slice CT, MRI, digital mammography, high-def surgical towers and scopes, tele-neurology, and tele-nephrology.

The area offers plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. Many of the outdoor recreation opportunities are centered around the Ohio River. For the ATV, dirt bike and horseback riding enthusiast, there are numerous riding trails overlooking the Ohio River Valley or rolling through the surrounding hills. Riverboat rides on the Ohio River are another popular attraction. The Recreation Park offers swimming, tennis, softball leagues, croquet, miniature golf, fishing and more.

South is the northern terminus of Daniel Boone National Forest includes more than 660,000 acres of mostly rugged terrain with steep forested ridges, narrow ravines and more than 3,400 miles of sandstone cliffs. Over six hundred miles of trails provide a quiet escape to remote places for hikers and horseback riders with winding rivers and gentle streams. The 269-mile Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail extends the entire length of the Daniel Boone National Forest.
