--October 24-28
--December 19-23
--December 27-30

Facility Details/Job Specifics:
--Active Nebraska license (temporary Nebraska license can be obtained in two weeks)
--Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
--No call/no weekends
--Clinic setting
--Must be comfortable supervising other providers
--Average number of patients a day: 15-30
