Radiation Oncology Opportunity in Southern Ohio (Excellent Compensation)!!

BENEFITS:
Hospital Employed - Base salary for someone finishing training starts at $460,800 (not yet boarded is 5% less) plus additional compensation for experience. Current physician is producing at 75% tile. Potential is more than $$652,000.
Vacation: 29 PTO (paid time off) days
CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5000 reimbursement
eligible for:
1.) Up to 10% of base income for meeting performance indicators
2.) Up to 20% of base for organizational performance
2 year contract

Radiation Oncology Office includes:
2RN’s, 4 Radiation Therapists (3 full-time), 1 full time Dosimetrist,
1 fulltime Physicist, 1 full time Cancer Registrar.
Comprehensive electronic medical records – integrated with medical oncology department. Cancer Center has two medical oncologists and opened in November 2004.
Open 8a.m. to 5p.m., Monday – Friday.
Hospital service area of over 120,000 population.
Patient Load: Currently seeing 20-25 patients per day
Can handle 40-50 per day
