- Dates of Coverage: July 12, 2021 to Jan 7, 2022
- Desired Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, 3 shifts per week, 2 weeks per month
- Requirements: Board Certification, active unrestricted IA license, BLS
- Travel, lodging and malpractice insurance provided
