If you have any availability, the AZ temporary medical license (for those needing one) and credentials can be complete in about 30 days. Perfect candidate will have an active AZ medical license. Please take a look at the description below and let me know if you are interested.

June 1, 21-22, 25-29

July 2-6 (7/4 closed), 23-27

Aug 2-3, 6-10, 13-17, 20-23, 29-31
