Hematology/Oncology in Lafayette, IN
Earning Potential Up To $650,000 +
Seeking BC/BE Oncology Physician for a leading community-based practice in Indiana. This group has provided the highest quality of patient care for over 15 years and is currently recruiting to accommodate their increasing demand for Oncology services.
Practice Details:
- Be on the forefront of cancer care with innovative (Phase1) clinical trial program and a demonstrated history of success
- Dedicated research SMO supporting the practice and the network
- Full support staff: RNs, MAs, NPs, social workers, research team and research RN,
- 8 exam rooms, 12 chemo chairs, lab area, dedicated research area and chemotherapy suites
- 4-day clinical week, 1 day admin
- Call Structure: Weekends are 1:3; weekday schedule to be determined amongst providers
Compensation & Benefits
· Combination of base salary of $500K and wRVU bonus; targeted total compensation of $600K-$650K annually. Offering additional incentive features depending on the experience level of the successful candidate.

- CME Allowance $4,500 annually
- Licensing Fees & Dues $1,500 annually
- Paid Relocation
- PTO 5 Weeks + 10 Paid Holidays + 5 Sick Days
- 401K – eligible after 6 Months of Employment. 100% match for first 3% employee contribution 50% for the next 2%
